Autumn at the Library
Thursday, October 13, 2011
The library's Youth Garden has been given an updated look for fall, thanks to the talented members of the Garden Club of Decatur. Pumpkins, gourds, scarecrows and more have been added to the garden in front of the library. The fall theme continues inside the library, with a series of preschool storytimes featuring favorite symbols of autumn. These programs are held Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m. through November 10. In addition, children and families visiting the library have an opportunity to sit and read with Bruno, the children’s department scarecrow.
