FPL: Here to Help

Monday, April 06, 2020

The library building may be closed due to the State of Illinois Stay-at-Home mandate, but library staff are still available and ready to help. Here's how you can contact us:

  • Facebook -- We are posting information, virtual programming, activity suggestions, and more. Join in the conversation, message us, or just follow our posts
  • Send us an email at forsythpubliclibrary1@gmail.com
e-Books and More:
This is a great time to explore the online resources available from the library for Forsyth residents. E-books, e-audio, digital magazines, music, and informational databases are all available to you from the comfort of your home. If you haven't used them before, the best way to get started is to go to our web page at forsythlibrary.com and click on "Materials Search." Want help using these resources? Let us know and we can help you get started.

Need a library card?
Want to access the library's digital resources, but don't have a card? If you are a Forsyth resident wishing you had a library card, don't despair! The library can help you out. Message us on Facebook or send us an email and let us know that you need a card. Library staff will contact you and get you set up with a temporary card. Is your existing library card about to expire? Don't worry about that, either. We have renewed your library card.
