Here’s what is coming up at Forsyth Public Library:

Tuesday, October 1 @ 4 p.m. – Kids’ Craft Club

Are you interested in a fun and imaginative after-school activity? Jennifer Stout leads Kids Craft Club on Tuesdays in October from 4 - 5 p.m. for ages 6 and up. This week’s project:Watercolor Gourds. Sign up on or contact the library to register.

Wednesday, October 2 @ 9:30 a.m. – Baby TALK

Families with children ages birth to 3 are invited to our Baby TALK sessions on Wednesdays throughout the year from 9:30-10:15 a.m. Baby TALK is free with no registration required.

Friday, October 4 @ 10:00 a.m. – Story Time

This week’s theme: Night Night, Sleep Tight. Each session will feature stories, activities, crafts, and songs centered around a theme. Story times are for ages 2-5 with siblings welcome. No registration required.

Saturday, October 5 @ 10 a.m. – Boy Scout Reading Merit Badge

Forsyth Public Library is partnering with local Boy Scout leader Jonathan Wintermeyer to provide an opportunity for Boy Scouts of America to start earning their Reading Merit Badge. If you are a current member of the Boy Scouts, please join us at the library from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. to learn to use the resources at the library and begin fulfilling the requirements of your badge.

Mon. Sept. 30 – Thurs. Oct. 3    Drop off donations for the WSOY Food Drive

Forsyth Public Library is a drop off site for the WSOY Food Drive. Bring in your nonperishable, unexpired items any time beginning Monday, September 30. Please drop off items by Thursday, October 3 to ensure delivery to the food drive site.
