Thursday Programs for “Littles” Ages 2-5

We’ve planned four very special Thursday morning programs for our youngest Summer Reading Program members, the “Littles.”  Each themed program consists of read-alouds from books, a craft, a special game or activity, and light refreshment.   Please inform the library of any food allergies your child may have that would prevent him/her from sharing our snack.   Parents are encouraged to attend and assist their child with the craft. Registration is required for each program.  Please call the library (877-8174) if your child is unable to attend a program for which he/she is registered.

Pajama Party

Bedtime is always a favorite time to share stories with those you love; we’re just getting a little head start today.  So put on your jammies (or other form of sleepwear) and come ready for some silly sleepytime storytime fun.

Little Monsters
10:00-11:00 a.m.
It’s time for the “Littles” to scare up some monstrously good stories featuring a variety of monsters – some “scary,” some “not-so-scary”.  We’ll add a little music to the mix and learn our own version of the “Monster Mash” for our final program of the summer season as well.  Lots of fun for little guys and ghouls!
