Children’s Art Exhibit at the Library
Projects created by participants of the “Arts and Crafts Mexico” program will be exhibited in the library from Tuesday, July 7 through Monday, July 13. The public is invited to attend a special reception on Tuesday July 7 from 6 - 7:30 pm to view the projects. Projects will remain on display throught rest of the week. The artwork, created by children ages 7 – 12, will feature two very different Mexican cultures, styles and mediums - an Aztec ceremonial mask, completed in mixed media, and a depiction of Mexican designs inspired by the yarn paintings still created today by the Huichol Indians of the north central region of Mexico.

Library Closed for the 4th
The library will be closed Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4. We will reopen Monday at 9:00 a.m. Enjoy your 4th of July holiday!
