We have had an absolutely amazing response to our Summer Reading program this year. Overall registration numbers are among the highest the library has seen in the last fifteen years, and we are in awe at the number of families choosing to attend our events.

We now have an amazing problem: With the number of families attending our events, we are struggling with our space constraints. We want all of our patrons - especially our youngest visitors - to have a great experience at our programs and we have found ourselves at max capacity often over the first few weeks of the summer.

To help with this, we are going to implement an online registration process starting in July for the second half of our Summer Reading program. By utilizing an online Sign Up Genius for our kids' programming, our staff can better gauge how many folks are planning to attend and also spread out our visitors.
